ChiQ Villa Gatun

Gatun Lake was formed when the Chagres River was dammed to build the Panama Canal, and it remains one of the largest man-made lakes in the world, surrounded by rainforest. The estate occupies a peninsula on its western shore, with direct access to the water for fishing and boating.

The accommodation comprises ten bedrooms with ten bathrooms and three half baths, four studios with kitchenettes and private bathrooms, and three apartments, including two-storey lake-view residences. Shared spaces include a grand lobby, reception, dining hall, bar, movie theatre, gym, catering kitchen and staff quarters.

Outside there is a 500 m² terrace overlooking the lake, a multi-level infinity pool, a 12-person jacuzzi with pool bar, a rooftop terrace, an outdoor lounge and a helipad. The access road and service infrastructure are in place, and architectural planning and reports are available.

The villa was built between 2012 and 2014 and is structurally complete but unfinished, so the next owner chooses every finish and interior. Gatun Lake Construction, the original contractor and part of the ChiQ Group, can complete it with you, or you can work with your own team.
