ChiQWorld works only with licensed, vetted real-estate brokers in Panama — and brokers are welcome. Every residence page is built to be shared with your clients: accurate facts, floor plans, a downloadable overview and a direct line to our team.
Our broker standards
- A valid licence in Panama
- Affiliation with a reputable agency
- Understanding of Panama's title system, taxes and the rules that apply to foreign buyers
- A track record of honest, efficient client service
We do not work with informal resellers promoting properties they do not represent. In a fast-growing market that protects buyers from title disputes, wrong prices, hidden fees and failed closings.
Buying directly from the owner
For the homes we build and list ourselves, the ChiQ Group company selling the home is the titled owner. Buyers can purchase directly, with the legal process handled together with their own lawyer, notary and the Public Registry.
Referring a client
Use the broker field in any enquiry form, or send us your client's details and the residence ID. We confirm the referral in writing before the first viewing.
Listing with us
If you represent a titled, verified property that fits our buyers, we are open to discussing a co-listing or marketing arrangement.
