What is Yuma Mountain Community?

Yuma Mountain Community is a gated residential community above 600 metres in Altos de Campana, Panamá Oeste, bordering Campana National Park — Panama's oldest national park. It offers titled homes, 24/7 guarded entry, paved roads, underground utilities and two shared social areas with pools.

Yuma was planned for people who want nature close without giving up the practical things: security at the gate, paved roads, electricity and water run underground, and neighbours who chose the same quiet.

Homes stand on lots of more than 1,000 m², placed along the slope to open onto forest, valley and — from the higher points — distant views of the ocean. The two social areas each have a pool and a covered outdoor kitchen, so gatherings do not have to happen at home.

The community has been built by Gatun Lake Construction, the ChiQ Group's own construction company, using both the FRESH modular system and conventional construction. Every residence we offer here is finished and titled.

The area around

Campana National Park was created in 1966, making it Panama's first national park. It protects the forested ridges above the Pacific plain, with trails, streams and viewpoints across the Chame Bay.

The beach towns of Punta Chame and Coronado lie below the Campana road, and Panama City is reached along the Pan-American Highway. Ask us about current drive times when you plan a visit.

Yes. We run live video walk-throughs of the home and the community, and send floor plans and the brochure in advance. Many buyers visit in person afterwards to finalise.
