What is Coco Beach Community?

Coco Beach Community is a gated, guarded beach development on Panama's western Pacific coast near Puerto Armuelles, Chiriquí, created by Pacific Lot Living. It covers 98 acres in two phases with 106 titled lots, a beach club, and homes a few minutes' walk from the sand.

Life at Coco Beach follows the coast: long walks on a wide Pacific beach, the beach club at the end of the afternoon, and evenings on a covered terrace as the air cools.

Puerto Armuelles, the nearest town, grew up as a banana port and still has its wooden houses and long pier. It is a working town rather than a resort, which is much of its appeal.

Gatun Lake Construction has built FRESH beach villas here for ChiQWorld. CBV55 has sold; CBV10 is available now and move-in ready.

Who develops Coco Beach Community?
Coco Beach is developed by Pacific Lot Living. It is a gated, guarded community of 106 titled lots over 98 acres with a beach club. Gatun Lake Construction has built three FRESH homes there, which ChiQWorld sells and manages; ChiQ is not the developer.
Is financing available for CBV10?
Finance options are available for CBV10. We will talk them through with you and, where relevant, introduce you to lenders. Approval and terms depend on your circumstances.
Can I view a residence from abroad?
Yes. We run live video walk-throughs of the home and the community, and send floor plans and the brochure in advance. Many buyers visit in person afterwards to finalise.
